Is it really a one-time price?
Yes. You pay once for your plan. There's no monthly subscription and we never take a cut of your bookings.
Do my clients need to download an app?
No. They book from your link in any phone browser and sign in with Google or Apple. They can save your page to their home screen if they like.
How do I get paid?
Clients pay you directly with Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Apple Cash, or cash at the chair. The money never passes through us.
How do deposits work?
Connect a free Stripe account and pick a deposit amount. Clients pay it by card when they book, and it goes straight to your Stripe account. If they cancel early enough (you choose how early) it's refunded automatically. Cancel late or no-show, and you keep it.
I'm on Booksy right now. Can I switch?
Yes. On Pro we bring over your services, prices and photos for you, so your page is ready before you share it. Then put your BlackClipp link in your Instagram bio.
Won't I lose the clients who find me on Booksy?
Most of your clients already know you. They follow your Instagram, a friend sent them, or they sit in your chair every few weeks. Send them your link and they book you directly, with no marketplace fee on top.
Can I change my design later?
Any time, from your dashboard. Your services, bookings and photos stay exactly as they are.
Do I need my own web address?
No. Every plan includes blackclipp.com/yourname. On Pro we connect your own domain if you have one.
What about text reminders?
Clients can ask for a text the day before. You buy texts in packs (100 for $5, 500 for $20), so you only pay for what you use. Pro starts you off with 100 free. Each text costs us money to send, so they aren't in the one-time price.
What if I don't like it?
Email us within 30 days of buying and we'll refund you in full.
What if BlackClipp goes away?
Your client list and booking history are always yours. Download them as a spreadsheet from your dashboard any time, and take them anywhere.
